Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday). Once processing is complete, your order is handed over to the carrier and prepared for shipment.

Transit Time

Estimated delivery time is 4–8 business days after dispatch. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.

This shipping policy applies to deliveries within the United States only.

Free Shipping on All Orders.
Marina & Nola covers all shipping costs for every order—no minimum purchase required.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to follow your delivery every step of the way.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at support@marina-nola.com before the order has been shipped.

  • Orders canceled prior to shipment will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

  • Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and our return policy will apply instead.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your package upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately with a description of the issue and clear photos of the damage.
We will arrange a replacement, return, or refund based on your preference.

Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery time (11 business days), we sincerely apologize. Delays may occasionally occur due to factors such as severe weather or holidays.

  • Please allow an additional 2 business days.

  • If your package still has not arrived after this period, contact us and we will assist in locating your order.
